1. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of litalshahar.com and the tools published on it: The 7 Edges of Drive (free) and The Drive Protocol (paid). By using either tool you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the tools.

2. Who you are buying from

The Drive Protocol is sold to you by Shahar Hafakot VeTzilum, Itzuv Ltd. (שחר הפקות וצילום, עיצוב בע״מ), 11 Panim Meirot St., Jerusalem, Israel, company number 513968677. Your purchase contract is with us. Payments are processed by PayPal under its own terms and privacy policy, and PayPal never shares your card details with us. Your invoice and your refund are handled by us, at support@litalshahar.com.

3. You must be 18 or older

The tools are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

4. What you may do

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the tools for your own reflection and development, for as long as they are available to you.

5. What you may not do

Do not copy, republish, resell or distribute the content, the questions, the scoring logic, the frameworks or the design. Do not share your access with others. Do not use the tools to build a competing product, and do not extract content by automated means.

6. Ownership

All content, wording, structure, interactive logic, frameworks and design elements remain the property of Shahar Hafakot VeTzilum, Itzuv Ltd. (שחר הפקות וצילום, עיצוב בע״מ). What you write into the tool stays yours.

7. This is not therapy, medical care or clinical advice

The tools are educational and reflective. They do not diagnose, treat or cure anything, and they are not a substitute for care from a doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist or therapist. Using them does not create a therapeutic relationship. If you are in crisis, or if you are thinking about harming yourself, stop using the tool and contact emergency services or a crisis line in your country. See our Safety Notice.

8. No guaranteed outcome

Results depend on you, on your circumstances and on factors outside our control. Nothing on this site is a promise of any particular result. Individual experiences described on the site are individual experiences.

9. What you get, and for how long

The Drive Protocol has two parts, and they last for different lengths of time.

The protocol itself is yours to keep. Ask us at any time and we will email it to you.

The 21-day tracker is available for 21 days from the day you start it. After those 21 days we may keep it running, but we are not obliged to and we do not promise that it will stay online.

We aim to keep the tools available but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may change, suspend or discontinue a tool. If the tracker is unavailable to you during your own 21 days, write to us and we will put it right.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Shahar Hafakot VeTzilum, Itzuv Ltd. (שחר הפקות וצילום, עיצוב בע״מ) is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the tools, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Israel. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
